When will my coffee be roasted?
We ensure that your coffee reaches you within 10 days of roasting, providing ample time for you to enjoy it without it being too fresh off the roast.
When is the best time to brew your coffee?
Our coffee is at its peak flavor between 14-28 days from roasting.
Can you grind my coffee?
Absolutely! We can grind it to your preferred size. Simply select the option on the product page before checking out.
Can I order wholesale for my establishment/office?

SHIPPING
What are the shipping costs?
Our delivery rates are fixed at ₱99 for Metro Manila orders and ₱149 for provincial orders.
Do you ship to my province?
Yes, we offer provincial shipping via LBC.
Do you offer free shipping?
We provide free shipping to Metro Manila addresses for orders ₱1000 and above, and to addresses outside Metro Manila for orders ₱1500 and above.
When will my order arrive?
For Metro Manila addresses, your coffee will arrive within 1-3 working days after placing your order.
For addresses outside of Metro Manila, expect to receive your coffee within approximately 2-7 working days.
Please note that some delays may occur depending on external factors like inclement weather.

What are your operating hours?
Our roastery operates from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as GCash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI and Unionbank bank deposits. We also offer installment payments through BillEase.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we do! You can visit the Plain Sight HQ at Mandala Park, Shaw Boulevard, Pleasant Hills, Mandaluyong City.
